Organisation: County Durham Society for the Blind
Duties: Befrienders visit a visually impared client on a regular basis in their own
home, providing social support and helping to enable and empower socially isolated individuals.
Times: Flexible
 

 Mentors

Location: Various Locations
Organisation: County Durham Youth Offending Service
Duties: Mentors can be a very effective support to young peiole on a one to one basis to help
them integrate into society and provide new positive experienc.
Times: Monday to Sunday

Driver - GP Transport
Location:  Chester-le-Street & District
Organisation: CSV RSVP North East
Duties: To transport patients to GP appointments within Pelton, Pelton Fell,
Sacriston and Cestria Surgeries using own vehicle. 
 Times: Monday to Friday - Flexible
Expenses:  Will be reimbursed
 
 Volunteer Taskforce - Practical Conservations
Location: Houghton-le-Spring
Organisation: Durham Wildlife Trust
Duties: If you consider yourself to be a keen, hardworking practically minded
team player and you enjoy working outdoors benefitting wildlife then try
 Durham Wildlife Trusts Volunteer Taskforce.
