Liberating the NHS - White Paper from the Department of Health
The NHS White Paper, released on 12th July, sets out radical plans which will see the abolition of Primary Care Trusts (by 2013) and Strategic Health Authorities (by 2012). It is also a consultation document (deadline 11th October 2010).
